Your bandwidth bill is bigger than your server bill.
Dedicated cores, unmetered traffic, one price that doesn't move. 2 vCPU / 4 GB from $19.80/mo — no egress fees, no CPU credits, no six-page invoice.

Same specs, real egress math. Sometimes it says stay put.
No redundancy, no certifications, no backups. If you need those, we'll tell you — here's who we're not for.
How it works
Three steps from a quote to a running machine. The price you see is the price you pay, for as long as you keep it.

Shelf vs the hyperscalers
The three "None" rows stay. They disqualify the wrong customer before it costs either of us — and they make every other row believable.
| Shelf | Hyperscalers | DIY dedicated | |
|---|---|---|---|
| CPU | Dedicated cores | Shared / burstable at entry tiers | Dedicated |
| Egress | Unmetered, $0 | Metered, ~$0.09/GB | Unmetered |
| Pricing | Live market-based, locked at order | List, changes on their schedule | Auction — you manage it |
| Setup time | Minutes | Minutes | Days |
| Ops burden | Low — we run the host | Low | High — all yours |
| Managed services | None | Hundreds | None |
| Redundancy | None — single machine | Multi-AZ available | None |
| Certifications | None | Everything | N/A |

Straight answers
The questions people ask before they pay, including the ones with unflattering answers.
What happens if the machine dies?
It is one machine on dedicated hardware, with no redundancy and no provider backups. If the host fails, the VM is gone until it is rebuilt. Customers who know this architect around it — snapshot to object storage, run a second box elsewhere — and they do not churn over it. We say it here so you never discover it after an incident.
Why is it cheaper?
Auction-grade dedicated servers in Germany, unmetered gigabit that costs nothing marginal, and no hyperscaler margin on egress. We quote live against the market and sit below it; that is the whole mechanic.
Does the price change after I order?
No. Quotes move with the market; the price on your order is locked for as long as you hold the machine.
Is it really unmetered?
Yes. Gigabit upstream, no egress line on the invoice, ever. Fair use applies — see the Acceptable Use Policy in the Terms.
Do you hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2?
No, and we do not claim to. If your buyer or regulator needs a certificate, we are the wrong provider for that workload.
Can I use my existing Terraform and SDKs?
The API is AWS-shaped — point the EC2 endpoint at Shelf and most tooling works. The endpoint and console open with an account.
Who is this not for?
Regulated industries needing certifications, anyone needing 99.99% or multi-region failover, teams built on managed services, crypto miners (banned outright), and anyone who wants someone else to hold the pager for their application.
